Trime Featured on ALBUK TV: From Podcast to Purpose

Updated: Jul 22

We’re thrilled to share that Trime was featured on ALBUK TV, a proud moment for our team and our growing community. This segment gave us the opportunity to share our mission, our journey, and the power behind our platform with a wider Albanian audience in the UK and beyond.

In this interview, we spoke about how Trime was born, from a shared frustration with cultural silence around abuse, shame, and gender roles, to the decision to create something bigger than ourselves: a space where Albanian women could finally speak freely and be heard without judgement.

We opened up about:

  • Why Trime is more than just a podcast

  • The cultural challenges we face as Albanian women in the diaspora

  • How we’re building a grassroots movement around community healing and empowerment

  • Our long-term vision to turn Trime into a charity supporting survivors of gender-based violence

Being featured on ALBUK TV was more than visibility, it was validation. Validation that our stories matter. That the work we’re doing is resonating. That Albanian women are ready to break the silence, and others are finally listening.

We’re so grateful to the ALBUK team for giving us the space to speak and the platform to reach more hearts and minds. And to our community, your continued love and support is what makes these moments possible.

This is only the beginning.

Stay with us, we’re just getting started.
