Lejla Dauti
Lejla is a survivor, feminist and proud member of the Albanian diaspora. She doesn't just use her voice, she reclaims it, her work is raw, unfiltered and deeply rooted in lived experience. She's here to break the silences that have been buried in shame and fear for generations, especially ones that tell women to stay quiet, endure and disappear.

Lejla builds movements and spaces where women can speak their truth without apology, spaces that are grounded in authenticity, safety and radical sisterhood.

Whether she's holding spaces for stories that were never meant to be told out loud, challenging harmful cultural norms, or simply reminding women that they are not alone, everything she does comes from the heart, and from the fire of survival turned into purpose.
Leonarda Demolli
Leonarda refuses to stay silent when change is needed. She has a deep rooted belief that Albanian women deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard, and safe.
She cares deeply about justice, healing, and challenging the silence that oppresses women.
Leonarda leads with empathy, speaks with conviction, and shows up with heart. Her work is grounded in cultural understanding, and a fierce commitment to healing and transformation. She believes that when Albanian women are supported and empowered, entire generations can shift.
